Bill was born in Taber on December 2, 1955 and grew up in Hays. He enjoyed working on the family farm and helping our neighbor Rex Nelson. Bill was involved in 4H and also played baseball, hockey and curling. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed time spent with friends from near and far. Bill even tried his hand at bronc riding, hence the nickname “Bronco Billy”. He worked for several local companies hauling everything from heavy equipment to oil. Bill also worked for feedlots and was last employed at Perlich Bros. He was complimented many times on his work ethic and his care for animals. Bill was a kind, gentle soul and we hope he has found peace. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
