1956 - 2019

 John Charles Wile, beloved husband of Betty Wile, passed away in Taber on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the age of 63 years.

 The Funeral Service was held at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. 

 John is survived by his loving wife Betty; stepson Dean (Kate) Malyk of Brooks; step-daughter Cindy MaCaulay of Lethbridge; step-grandchildren Austin MaCaulay of Red Deer and Alexis MaCaulay of Coaldale. He is also survived by his brothers Thor (Carole) Wile of Moose Jaw, Terry (Paula) Wile of Leminster, Nova Scotia and Kevin (Betty) Kelly of Newport, Nova Scotia; sisters Wendy Levy of New Ross, Nova Scotia, Marguerite Wile of Leminster, Nova Scotia, Diane Brown of Red Deer and Wanda (Andy) Harvey of Ardoise, Nova Scotia as well as many nieces and nephews.

 He was predeceased by his daughter Tracey; parents Henry and Anna Wile; grandparents; brother-in-law Jim Levy; nephew Bryant Levy; nieces Tina Levy and Tabitha Harvey.

 John was born February 14, 1956 in Windsor, Nova Scotia, the third son of Anna and Henry Wile. He grew up on the family farm but wanted more adventures, so he left the farm and moved to Brooks, Alberta. John started working in the oil industry, driving semi trucks for thirty nine years until his health failed and he had to give up his job. John had a passion for Chevy trucks and it showed in the pride of his 1981 Chevy truck, his pride and joy. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
