BARBARA KINNIBURGH

1923 - 2001

Barbara Elizabeth (Bell) Kinniburgh, beloved wife of Ring Kinniburgh of Taber, passed away in Calgary on Friday, January 12, 2001 at the age of 77 years.
Barbara was born at Taber on July 7, 1923 and was the daughter of John and Nettie Bell. She received her schooling at Taber and married Roscoe (Ring) Kinniburgh on December 26, 1943. Ring and Barbara lived at Purple Springs until moving to Taber in 1959. She was an active member of the Eastern Star and the Evangelical Free Church.
Barbara will be forever remembered by her loving family; husband Ring of Taber; children Barry (Sandra) Kinniburgh of Taber, Alan (Judy) Kinniburgh of Spruce Grove, Louise (John) Thodt of Hamilton, Ontario and Ron (Shauna) Kinniburgh of Calgary; grandchildren Robert (Lyanne), Jim (Cindy), Warren (Cori), Todd, Jason (Trish), Lisa, Megan, Johnny, Karen, Jeremy, Nathan, Matthew and Jana-Lynn and also by six great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by six sisters Marion Felber, Verna Walker, Edith Peterson, Muriel Bell, Helen Marshall and Mary Dirks; and by four brothers Malcolm Bell, Arnold Bell, Gordon Bell and Harold Bell.
Relatives and friends were invited to a Prayer Service at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, January 15, 2001 at 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at the First Christian Reformed Church, 3902 Heritage Drive, Taber on Tuesday, January 16, 2001 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Ron Gartly officiating.
