JOE NAGURNY

1961 - 2005

Mr. Joseph Donald Nagurny of Skiff, passed away at the Taber Hospital on Sunday, April 3, 2005 at the age of 43 years.
Joe was born in Lethbridge on December 23, 1961.  He attended LCC in Lethbridge where he graduated in agricultural mechanics and later took over the family farm. Joe loved to hear a good joke as well as tell a good joke and tell an even better story. He was talented in woodworking making model trucks to scale, enjoyed his computer and was passionate about his collection of Harley t-shirts, belt buckles and his intricate puzzles.  He was constantly in search of a hotter hot sauce.  Joe loved his family and friends and his companion, his dog Dixie.
He will be sadly missed by his two sisters Connie (Mark) Birch of Grassy Lake and Trish Nagurny (Jim Bonette) of Taber; nieces and nephews Warren Nagurny, Jennifer (Graham) Kinahan, Adam (Rebecca) Patton, Sarah Patton (Wes), Annie (Mike) Greeno and Deborah (Mike) Bottcher.  He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Bessie Nagurny and a brother Mitchel.
Relatives and friends are invited for Prayers at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Friday, April 8, 2005 at 7:00 P.M.  
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Saturday, April 9, 2005 at 10:00 A.M.  Interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge.
