He was predeceased by his wife Ida, his parents, parents-in-law, one brother Frank and sisters Rose and Margaret as well as brothers-in-law Malcolm Farago, Frank Filkohazy, John Schneider, John Vasko and Jim Wong.
Paul loved people and he loved business. He worked hard to provide for his wife and family, building a reputation of trust and respect in the many business ventures he undertook during his life. A practical man, he balanced work & pleasure, always savoring life to the fullest. He loved time with family and friends and often commented how lucky he was to have such good friends.
In the last couple of years in spite of failing health, he could still make a little joke, usually about himself and took great pleasure in making the staff at both Blue Sky Lodge and St. Michael's laugh with him. Paul was always the first to reach out to shake hands, eager to meet new people and to greet old friends. He will be remembered for his easy laugh and good nature. He was a true friend and a good dad.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Saturday, February 24, 2001 at 1:00 P.M. with Deacon Mike Whalen officiating. Interment to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
