LORI HENRY

1918 -2009

Lorendena “Lori” Brigitta Henry, beloved wife of Eulan Henry, passed away in Taber on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the age of 91 years.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Eulan; children Lyndon Henry (Susan Keiver) of Taber and Mildred (Lorne) McNarland of Kelwood, Manitoba; daughter-in-law Janet (Bruce) Stetar of Whitefish. Lori was blessed with eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Bert (Isabel) Kemmet, Bob Kemmet; sister-in-law Priscilla Kemmet; brother-in-law Tom Davies as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son Carson; sisters Laverne Davies and Amanda Kemmet; brother Harold Kemmet; sister-in-law Arnie Kemmet.
Lori was born on the family farm near Schuler, Alberta on August 27, 1918. She was the eldest of six children born to John and Annetta Kemmet. She married Eulan Henry on October 10, 1949 and together they raised three children on their farm at Chin. The past three years she lived at the Extended Care in Taber until her peaceful passing. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her family and many friends.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 6004 - 51 Street, Taber on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. with Joe Wickenheiser officiating.
