1945 - 2010

Margaret Malm, beloved wife of Clayton Malm of Enchant, passed away unexpectedly at the Chinook Regional Hospital with her family at her side on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at the age of 65 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Enchant Community Hall, Enchant on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 2:00 P.M.
Besides Clayton, her beloved husband of forty two years, Margaret is survived by her three children Sheila (Rick) Hellmer of Brooks, Karen (George) Mitchler of Taber and Todd (Helen) Malm of Whitecourt; three granddaughters Tayler, Alisha, Tandra and grandson Alex. She is also survived by six sisters Dolly (Larry) Craft of Sparwood, Sharon (Larry) Shaw of Lethbridge, Judy (Dennis) Brooks of New Dayton, Rose Busato of Sparwood, Dixie (Paul) Plettl of Vauxhall, Kathleen (Helmut) Brandt of Lundbreck; two brothers Mickey (Cherie) Barca of Brooks, Tom (Diane) Barca of Red Deer and by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Mike & Rita Barca and brothers Sonny, Larry and Jim Barca.
Margaret was born on December 17, 1945 in Taber. She married Clayton Malm on August 19, 1968 in Shelby, Montana. She had been employed by the Municipal District of Taber for the past fourteen years. Margaret had a love for all the flowers in her garden, listening to country music and for her pets. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
