FRANK CUDRAK

1929 - 2003

Frank Anthony Cudrak Sr. of Taber, beloved husband of Ann Cudrak, passed away at the Taber Hospital following a brief battle with cancer, on Tuesday, July 1, 2003 at the age of 73 years.
Frank was born in Kotesova, Czechoslovakia on November 22, 1929, the son of John and Kristina Cudrak. He came to Canada in 1938 with his mother, brother and sister to join his father who had come earlier. Frank married Ann Badura in 1958. They farmed in Sunnyside for sixteen years and in 1974 moved to Hays where they continued to farm for the next twenty five years. They retired to the Town of Taber in 1999 where he enjoyed cards and pool at Parkside Manor.
Besides his loving wife, Ann, he will be sadly missed by his children and grandchildren Michael (Lorie) Cudrak of Taber and children Kaylyn, Kendi and Kevin; JoAnn (Ken) Bevan of Coutts and daughters Megan and Cheyenne; Frank Cudrak Jr. of Hays; Terry (Eric) Gruenke of Okotoks and children Breanne, Marissa and Jordan; Ron Cudrak of Hays and daughter Violette; sisters Frances (John) Pigat of Lethbridge and Mary (Don) Schuh of Sidney, B.C. and by Ann’s family and also by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents John Sr. and Kristina Cudrak; brother and sister-in-law John Jr. and Rose Cudrak and a sister Annie Letal.
Relatives and friends were invited for Prayers at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Friday, July 4, 2003 at 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Mass was Celebrated at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Saturday, July 5 at 10:30 A.M. Interment followed in the Taber Memorial Garden.
