EUGENE CEMULINI

1922 - 2002

Eugene Cemulini of Taber passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at the age of 79 years.
Eugene was born at Sedegliano, Province of Udine, Italy on December 4, 1922. He came to Canada in 1929 to the Taber area with his parents Gio Batta and Anna and his sister Angeline and brother Delco. He had resided on the family farm near Taber until June 2000 when he became a resident of Clearview Lodge. Eugene is survived by three sisters Rachele (Jack) James of Taber, Norma Dalton of Vauxhall, and Jean Cemulini of Taber; three brothers Delco (Joyce) of Penticton, Frank of Taber and Victor of Taber; six nieces; ten nephews; five grandnephews; aunt Eugenia Torossi of Italy; uncle Giusseppe Torossi of Australia and numerous cousins.
He was predeceased by his father Gio Batta, mother Anna, brother Louis and sister Angeline.
Relatives and friends were invited for Prayers at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Friday, May 17, 2002 at 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Saturday, May 18, 2002 at 10:30 A.M. with Deacon Mike Whalen officiating. Interment followed at the Taber Memorial Garden.
