ANNE CHRISTENSEN

1934 - 2004

Anne Evelyn Christensen, beloved wife of Rex Christensen of Taber, passed away at Lethbridge Extendicare on Friday, March 26, 2004 at the age of 69 years.  
Anne was born September 23, 1934 at Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan. She married Rex Christensen on June 30, 1955.  Anne enjoyed gardening and crafts and for the past five years was a resident of Extendicare in Lethbridge.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her loving husband of 48 years Rex; eight children Bev (John) Kutanzi, Tim (Annie), Marie (Barry) McDermott, Terry, Bill (Laurie), Myrna (Brent) Brewin, Neil and Sherry (Scott) Lait; 12 grandchildren Ryan, Scott, Jennifer (Steve), Kimberley, Stacey (Jonny), Daniel, Sarah, Gabe, Devin, Janessa, Terry and Tia; 5 great grandchildren Shania, Amber, and Emily Pedersen, Mekenna and Terex Evenson; two brothers Frank Klics and John (Gladys) Klics; three sisters Helen (Dale) Campbell, Kay (Thomas) Bailey and Theresa Colby and also by two sisters-in-law Shirley Klics and Liz Klics.  
Anne was predeceased by her parents Simon and Katherine Klics and brothers Simon and Steve Klics.
Relatives and friends are invited for Prayers at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006-48 Ave., Taber on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at 7:00 P.M.  
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Catholic Church , 5009-48 Ave., Taber on Wednesday, March 31 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Father Mariusz Sztuk SDS celebrant.  Interment to follow in the Taber Memorial Garden.
