1921 - 2001

Louise Maynard of Taber, beloved wife of the lat James Maynard, passed away peacefully, in the presence of her family, on Wednesday, September 19, 2001 at the age of 79 years.
Louise deeply loved her family and took great pride in their accomplishments. She particularly enjoyed her grandchildren and the many friendships cultivated over a lifetime of involvement in her community. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Louise will be forever remembered and cherished in the hearts of her children, Judy Hunter of Olds; Leslie (John) Delorey and their daughter Jacqueline (Jason) Fox of Calgary; JoAnn (Randy) Perry and their daughters Jamie, Jordan and Lauren of Chin; Sylvia Lanz (Dave Evans) and sons James and Jon of Lethbridge; a sister, Nellie Garthwaite of Calgary; a brother, Isadore Wyshynski of Elstow, Saskatchewan as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Louise was predeceased by her husband James David Maynard; her three brothers, Victor Wyshynski, Bernard Wyshynski and Napoleon Wyshynski; and a sister Genevieve Hetherington.
Relatives and friends WERE invited for Prayers at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Sunday, September 23, 2001 at 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, September 24, 2001 at 10:30 A.M. with Reverend Father Jim de los Angeles celebrant. Burial followed in the Taber Memorial Garden. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Louise’s name can be made directly to the Taber Hospital Foundation, 4326 - 50 Avenue Taber, Alberta T1G 1N9.
