VIOLA GRAHAM

1938 - 2007

Viola Edna Elsa Graham, beloved wife of Frank Graham of Taber, passed away peacefully with family by her side, at the Taber Extended Care, on Friday, May 25, 2007 at the age of 68 years.
Viola was born September 21, 1938 on the family farm nine miles outside Windthorst, Saskatchewan, fourth born child of Fred and Edna Pusch. On June 21, 1958 she married Frank Graham. Together they spent the first twenty years of their marriage in Oxbow, Saskatchewan raising their six children, Valorie (Donovon), Ross (Michelle), Dale (Ging), Thurzamae (Al), Melinda (Todd), and Rodger (Barb). In 1978 they moved to Taber where she made many loving friends and captured the hearts of all. She will be remembered for her work at the Clearview Lodge, her passion of power lifting, her homemade buns, riding her bike, walking many miles and visiting wherever she went.
She was a dedicated member of the Peace Lutheran Church and with her strong faith she made it through a recurring cancer. Her true love in life was spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents Fred and Edna Pusch and is survived by her siblings Merle (Russell), Vern (Jackie), Gladys (Ed), Doreen (Louie), and Moreen (Frank). She will be sadly missed and always remembered by family, friends and her eighteen grandchildren Matthew (Jenn), Devon (Jena), Jackie, Gavin, Thea, Christopher, Carl, Cortney, Joshua, Tori, Cali, Elisha (Jared), Reagan, Sydni, Cherish, Logan, Dylan and Karlee.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006-48 Ave., Taber on Thursday, May 31, 2007 from 7:00 to 7:30 P.M. followed by a Prayer Service at 7:30 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at Peace Lutheran Church, 4619-56 Ave., Taber on Friday, June 1 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Carl Bogda officiating. Burial to follow in the Taber Memorial Garden.
