SIGGIE LICKISS

1915 - 2008

It is with deep sadness that the family of Signe “Siggie” Christina Lickiss announce her passing in Calgary on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the age of 93 years.
She is survived by her loving children, Randy (Sue) Lickiss of Surrey, British Columbia and their children Yvonne and Kerianne; Myrna (Andre Belisle) Lickiss of Calgary, Brenda (Ian Wilson) Lickiss of DeWinton; Vance (Alisia) Lickiss of Langdon and their children Skyler and Ricki.
Siggie was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 1986.
She was a loving and dedicated mother to her four children. We were truly blessed to have a mother we admired, respected and who supported us in life. A courageous lady, with a wonderful sense of humour and a strong sense of family.
Relatives and Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, July 10, 2008 from 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden with Reverend Frank Lewis of the Knox United Church in Taber, officiating.
