Pat was born in Lethbridge on August 27, 1957 to Bill and Barb Green. She received her schooling in Vauxhall and graduated in 1975. Pat was the oldest of the family and her siblings looked up to her. Family was of the utmost importance to Pat and her family is exceptionally close. Pat always loved spending time with family and friends, it did not matter if it was a game or movie night, camping in a massive group, or just visiting. Scrabble with her sisters Pam, Connie and Marg was always a priority. One of the happiest days of Pat’s life was July 2, 1994 when she married the love of her life, Ken. They lived just outside of town where Pat thrived, enjoying her garden and country living. AA was a very important part of Pat’s life, having almost thirty years of sobriety. Being a people person, Pat made many dear friends through AA and everywhere she traveled. Pat unfortunately suffered from dementia for the past few years and moved into Linden View.

The Funeral Service was held at Parallel Church, 5120 - 47 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. with Life Celebrant Shelly Bassett officiating. A private burial was held at the Taber Memorial Garden.

The family wishes to thank the incredible staff at Linden View, the Taber Hospital staff in the last few days and Dr. Hughes.
