William “Bill” Richard Weir of Winkler, Manitoba (long time resident of Bow Island), beloved husband of Laina Weir went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 15 at the age of 66 years. He was predeceased by his first wife Bev Weir (nee Peterson) on May 21, 2004.
