Marilyn Thomson

1941 - 2021

It is with mixed feelings of sadness and joy the family of Marilyn Thomson (nee Irving, formerly Fajnor) announce the passing of their dear mother in Taber on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the age of 79 years.

A private burial service was held at the Barnwell Cemetery on Friday, January 8, 2021.

Sad to let her go, but happy she is free from suffering are her children Randy (Julie) Fajnor of Taber and their family Shaun, Darren, Neil, Megan and Lynden; Laurie Gregus of Taber and her family Amber and Kendon; Darcy (Barbara) Fajnor of Brooks. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; sisters Verna (Leon) Sallenback, Donna Grunwald, Sunny (Walter) Crane, Barilyn Sopel and by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Louisa (nee Dragoo) and Clifford Irving; brothers Kenneth Irving, Blayne Irving and brother-in-law Norman Sopel.
