Margaret was born at Taber August 14, 1926 and was the daughter of John & Sarah Serrie. She received her schooling in Taber and on July 14, 1944, married Clarence Jespersen at the Knox United Church. Margaret was a gifted cook, whether it be preparing milk shakes or cinnamon buns during the long harvest days or preparing full spreads for the traditional Sunday or holiday family dinners that were so important to her.  Of course, there was always room for extended family and friends.  She devoted her life to her extended family, consistently nurturing the needs of others before those of  her own.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
