Martin Keith Gross, beloved husband of Connie Gross, passed away in Lethbridge on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at the age of 82 years.
Besides his loving wife Connie, Keith is survived by their children Randy (Donna) Dyck of Lethbridge, Danny (Julienne) Dyck of Lethbridge, Carrie Johnson of Lethbridge, Tracy (Rob) Kerner of Taber, Kasey (Amanda Snelgrove) Rarick of Vauxhall; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter. He is also survived by his twin brother Brian (Joanne) Gross of Edmonton, father-in-law Melvin Ronspies of Taber and by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Margaret Gross, mother-in-law Edna Ronspies, brothers Edward (Audrey) Gross and Ted (Marg) Gross, sister Jackie (Ted) Schuler and great grandson, Tydus Kerner-Stevenson.
Keith was born on October 11, 1942 and was raised on the family farm in Grass Lake. In Grassy, he met and married the love of his life Connie Dyck (Haynes) and they were married for fifty six years. His family meant everything to him.
Keith loved camping and playing cards with family in the summers and visiting with them over the holidays. Earlier in life he enjoyed curling, hunting and fishing. Keith, along with his father-in-law Mel, brothers-in-law Daryl, Guy and Wayne, were always up to something. Tricking each other and playing pranks and teasing many of us.
Keith had an awesome, unique sense of humor and a crooked grin that meant he just got the best of you. Even in his last moments in the hospital, he was making his family and nurses smile and laugh. He was loved deeply and truly will be missed.
Keith will be privately remembered by his family and friends.
If friend’s so desire, memorial tributes in Keith’s name may be made directly to a charity of your choice.
Keith’s family would like to thank the Taber Emergency nurses and doctors, Lethbridge Emergency nurses and especially Dr. Tadros, for the care and compassion shown to Keith and his family.
