Linda Campbell
1951 - 2026
It is with incomprehensible sadness that the family of Linda Darlene Luella Campbell (née Pickett ) announce her passing in Red Deer following a brief illness, on Friday, March 6, 2026.
Linda was a mom, grandma, sister, daughter, auntie and friend whose shining light will be forever remembered and missed. Left to cherish her memory and to miss her cinnamon buns, are her son Dean Campbell of Moyie, British Columbia, her son Scott Campbell of Red Deer and her daughter Amanda Campbell of Red Deer, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will also be remembered by her siblings and close friends, particularly Glen and Wendy and Buddy and Daisy as well as many that considered her a second mom.
She was predeceased by her son Derek Campbell, her sister Sharon Ross, both of her parents many other close friends and family members.
Linda was born on February 25, 1951 in Reston, Manitoba, to Gordon and Inga Pickett, the third daughter in a family of seven and was raised in Sinclair, Manitoba.
Linda was known for her wonderful cooking and baking, especially her cinnamon buns and for always having a good cup of coffee ready to share.
Linda lived in several places throughout her life but eventually settled in Taber, where she raised her family.
A private burial service will be held at Taber Memorial Garden.
