1954 - 2009

Douglas Walker passed away in Taber on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at the age of 55 years.
Doug will be sadly missed by his sons Dale and Derek Walker of Lethbridge and their families; nephew Devon Walker; niece Chelsey Daub; sisters Marlene (Len) Gergely, Shirley (Jack) Harvey, Heather (Ed) Harris and Donna Bonin; brothers Gordon (Nonnie), Dennis (Doug’s twin), Allan (Brenda) and Dale as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father Len; mother Joan; brother Ken; brother-in-law Allan and niece Karen.
The family would like to thank his brother Dennis for the love and care given to Doug from the day he was born. The twins were inseparable. God bless you Dennis. Doug’s final resting place will be up north, where he and his twin brother Dennis spent many years together.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, May 11, 2009 at 11:00 A.M.
