Anna married John Gunter on April 1, 1934 and they lived and worked on a farm near McMahon, Saskatchewan.
In 1946 the family moved to the Taber area where John found employment. Mom enjoyed having visitors and especially enjoyed the company of her grandchildren and later her great-grandchildren. She took pride in a well kept home and was a talented homemaker with a gift of crocheting, knitting and sewing. She and Dad always had a large, successful garden and Mom produced many wonderful preserves each year from their crop. She enjoyed fishing trips with Dad and often invited a grandchild or two to join them.
Her last years were spent living in Homestead Manor where she enjoyed the company of the other residents, and appreciated their care and concern. The well being of her family was very important and she instilled high moral values that will remain with us.
