Daryl Wentz

1947 - 2025

Daryl Francis Wentz, beloved partner of Rita Holt, passed away peacefully in Lethbridge on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at the age of 78 years.

Besides his beloved partner Rita, Daryl is survived by his children Michelle (Robert) Nilsson, Derek (Marnie) Wentz and Renee Johnson; grandchildren Brent (Paige) Nilsson, Nicole (Will) Peters, Ryan Nilsson, Haylee Johnson (Lane Olson), Karley Johnson, Bayleigh Wentz and Benny Wentz.; great grandchildren Liam Peters and Owen Peters. He is also survived by his sister Maureen (Frank) Suriano; sister-in-law Marianne Wentz; father-in-law Mel Ronspies as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Daryl was predeceased by his wife Louanne Wentz; parents Benny and Frances Wentz; brother Dale Wentz; mother-in-law Edna Ronspies; niece Lorianne Wentz. Forever loved and remembered.

A private burial service will be held at the Taber Memorial Garden.
