Elizabeth Phillips

1934 - 2026

 It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Phillips, announces her passing in Taber on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the age of 92 years. Betty passed peacefully with family by her side.

Betty leaves behind her children Yvonne Souther of Vulcan and Brian (Camilla) Phillips of Barnwell, four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert Phillips.

Betty was born to Ralph and Magdelena Koch on February 19, 1934 in Fox Valley, Saskatchewan. She loved to play crib, was proficient in cross stitch, plastic canvas, paper tolle and kept her mind sharp by doing crossword puzzles. Betty loved walking and having coffee with her friends. She was loved by all who knew her.

A private burial service will be held at the Taber Memorial Garden on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Betty’s family would like to thank the staff at Clearview Lodge and the Taber Hospital for the wonderful care they gave to our mother.
